Creamy Lemon-Pepper Dressing

This creamy lemon-pepper dressing is tangy and bright with a peppery bite! This dressing pairs well with greens or other veggie salads.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup low-fat buttermilk

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest

  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 cloves garlic, grated

  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Whisk buttermilk, mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, pepper, honey, salt and garlic together in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in oil until emulsified.
