  • To prepare green bean fries: Preheat air fryer to 390°F for 5 minutes. Coat the fryer basket with cooking spray.

  • Whisk eggs, flour, milk and 1/8 teaspoon pepper together in a medium bowl. Mix panko, Parmesan, paprika and the remaining 1/8 teaspoon pepper in another medium bowl.

  • Coat green beans in the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then dredge in the panko mixture.

  • Working in batches if necessary, arrange the coated green beans in a single layer in the air-fryer basket; cook until golden brown, 5 to 8 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, prepare dipping sauce: Combine yogurt, roasted red peppers, harissa, paprika and salt in a small food processor; blend until smooth.

  • Transfer the green beans to a serving platter; serve immediately with the sauce.
