My family loved this dish. I doubled the flour mixture and chicken breasts. We served it with some steamed carrots and baked potato. Will be making again. Yummy
I made this tonight mostly bc I had everything on hand. I’m on Weight Watchers so I used half the olive oil and half the flour. Everything else remained as written. It is EXCELLENT. My significant other all but licked the plate. Very savory. I used sweet onions and there were definitely sweet overtones along with some zip from the paprika and cayenne. I’ll definitely make it again.
Super easy, quick and delicious! It was a winner around the table. Kids, husband and myself all enjoyed. Served with mashed potato which complimented the onion gravy very nicely. Would make again but with maybe 3 smaller onions.
