Ingredient Checklist

Instructions Checklist
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Place flatbread(s) on a baking sheet. Bake until golden and crispy around the edges, 7 to 9 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, place feta in a food processor and pulse until it forms a ball. Add yogurt, oregano, lemon zest, lemon juice and ground pepper; process until smooth.

  • Spread the feta mixture over the flatbread(s). Scatter artichoke hearts and roasted peppers on top. Bake until the toppings are heated through, 10 to 12 minutes.

  • Top with arugula, sprinkle with Aleppo pepper (or crushed red pepper) and drizzle with oil. Cut into 4 slices.

Look for flatbreads (sometimes called flatbread pizza crust) with other pizza ingredients or in the bakery of well-stocked grocery stores. Naan is a good substitute.
