  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Combine skyr and maple syrup in a medium bowl; stir to mix well. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Scatter berries and granola on top.

Freeze airtight between sheets of parchment for up to 3 months.
