  • Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Add half of the batter and swirl the pan to spread evenly. Cook until set, about 2 minutes. Top with desired fillings, fold or roll up and transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter.
