  • If using fresh white peaches, peel and slice the peaches to yield 5 cups; arrange in a single layer on a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.

  • Combine the frozen peaches, tequila, lime juice, peach liqueur and salt in a blender; process until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into 8 frozen rocks glasses and garnish with fresh peach slices and lime wheels, if desired. Serve immediately.
