  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add cauliflower and onion; cook, stirring constantly, until almost tender, about 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, sesame oil and chile-garlic sauce; cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Add snow peas and scallions; cook, stirring constantly, until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in cilantro and, if desired, additional chile-garlic sauce until just combined. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
