Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby kale

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1 small banana, sliced

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice

Directions

  1. Add kale, mango, banana and orange juice to a blender. Blend on medium-low speed, using the tamper as necessary, until well combined.

  2. Increase speed to medium-high and blend until very smooth.
