Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add mirepoix and cook, stirring, until softened, about 2 minutes. Stir in beans, herbes de Provence, lemon juice, salt and pepper; simmer, stirring occasionally, until heated through and most of the liquid is cooked off, about 5 minutes. Serve topped with Parmesan.
