Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce

  • ½ cup chopped roast chicken

  • cup canned chickpeas, rinsed

  • cup chopped red bell pepper

  • 3 tablespoons Greek dressing

  • 2 tablespoons sliced red onion

  • 2 tablespoons olives

  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese

Directions

  1. Combine lettuce, chicken, chickpeas and bell pepper in a medium bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Top with onion, olives and feta and toss again.
