  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Divide dough into 4 portions; flatten each into a disk. 

  • Combine fennel seeds, caraway seeds and crushed red pepper. Sprinkle the dough with the spices; gently knead until well combined. Shape the dough into balls and arrange on the prepared baking sheet. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. 

  • Brush the balls with oil. Bake until golden, 10 to 12 minutes.
