  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

  • Combine garlic, mustard, maple syrup, orange zest, orange juice, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Place salmon on the prepared baking sheet. Rub the mixture over the salmon. Sprinkle with pecans, pressing them into the salmon to adhere.

  • Bake until the salmon flakes easily with a fork, 16 to 20 minutes.

Tips

Tip: Zest the orange before juicing it, as citrus is easiest to zest when whole.
