This recipe is a winner! Baked it one morning and by evening my daughter and I had finished the whole pan. We skipped the walnuts. Very healthy ingredients, too. low in sugar and oil. The second time I made it I added TWO very ripe bananas and mashed them into the mixture. It was divine and filling. A keeper!
Delicious!! I used nutmeg instead of all spice because I didn't have and it was very good.
This is a wonderful breakfast for a crowd and I ate the leftovers for an afternoon snack. It's just sweet enough to feel like a treat.
