This spiked seltzer cocktail is a marriage between a Tequila Sunrise and a Sex on the Beach cocktail. The clementine-hibiscus seltzer really makes this sweet, but not syrupy, cocktail stand out! Serve this chilled or over ice.
Process raspberries in a mini chopper or food processor until smooth, about 20 seconds. Strain raspberry puree through a fine mesh strainer; discard solids. Stir together 1/4 cup raspberry puree and grenadine; set aside.
Stir together spiked seltzer, orange juice and tequila in a pitcher; divide between 2 (12-ounce) hurricane glasses. Slowly pour 2 tablespoons raspberry mixture into each hurricane glass over seltzer mixture; raspberry mixture should sink to bottom of glass. Garnish each glass with a cherry and orange wedge.
