  • Spoon crème fraîche (or skyr) into a bowl and place on a large board or platter. Arrange pickles, salmon, rye toasts (or crackers), cucumber, tomatoes, eggs, capers and lemon wedges on the platter. Sprinkle the eggs with salt and pepper.
