Shrimp Boil-Style Dinner
This recipe is a twist on a classic shrimp boil dinner. New potatoes and ears of corn are cooked in boiling water on the stove and then placed in foil packets with the shrimp, sausage, and seasoning, where--in less than 15 minutes--everything steams to perfection and is ready for you and your family to enjoy.
Variation: Oven Method: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Prepare as directed through Step 2. Bake the foil packets directly on the oven rack for 12 to 15 minutes or until the shrimp turn opaque and the vegetables are tender, carefully opening the packets to check doneness. Serve as directed in Step 4.
