So good and adorable! To save time (and effort) I made this with pre-made all natural pie crusts by Immaculate Baking. I used one crust for the bottom and then the second I rolled out and used to make the cinnamon rolls. Followed the directions for the cinnamon topping and the apple filling. I will use less apples next time, I had quite a bit of extra filling. Added some rolled oats to the apple filling - extra goodness hidden in. Watch the baking time - I pulled mine out early as the cinnamon rolls were starting to overcook. Adorable presentation - would definitely make again. Delicious with vanilla ice cream. Tastes even better the next day - once all the flavors have blended overnight.
