  • Lightly coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes, turning to brown evenly. Place chicken in a 2-quart square baking dish. Add unpeeled garlic cloves. Pour wine over chicken. Lightly sprinkle chicken with salt and cayenne pepper.

  • Bake, covered with foil, in a 325 degree F oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink (170 degrees F for breasts; 180 degrees F for thighs and drumsticks).
