Ingredients

  • 6 wheat crackers

  • 1 2.6-ounce pouch low-sodium light tuna

  • 1 tablespoon reduced-fat olive oil mayonnaise

  • ½ cup red pepper strips

  • ½ cup cucumber slices

  • 1 single-serve sun-dried-tomato hummus dip

Directions

  1. Mix tuna and mayonnaise. Spread on crackers. Serve with peppers, cucumbers, and hummus.
