Tasty. The dressing is much better if it's allowed to sit overnight. I added sauteed shrimp for more Protein. Fresh herbs to replace the salt would've been nicer, but it's still very tasty. Also, I'm not a huge fan of tomatoes or onions, so I made my salad out of black olives, spinach and english cucumbers.
This is delicious, versatile, and comes together very quickly.
