An interesting play of textures--the chewy bagel, the creamy cheese and the crunchy granola--make this low-fat treat highly satisfying.
In a small bowl combine cream cheese, slightly mashed blueberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until well combined. Cover and chill for up to 2 hours. Stir before using.
Spread on toasted mini bagel halves. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon granola.
Tip: We do not recommend using a sugar substitute for this recipe.
People with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity should use granola that is labeled "gluten-free," as oats are often cross-contaminated with wheat and barley.
