Beef & Bok Choy
This Asian-style stir-fry recipe combines thinly slices sesame-chili flavored beef with garlicky bok choy. Delicious on its own, but also great served over rice.
Tips: Partially freeze beef for easier slicing.
To toast sesame seeds, spread in a shallow baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in a 350-degree F oven about 5 minutes or until golden, shaking pan once or twice.
