These smoothies are full of raspberries and strawberries and make a delicious breakfast or snack.
Variation: Fruit Smoothie Pops: In a blender, combine yogurt, milk, and fruit. Cover and blend until smooth (omit adding ice and blending). Pour mixture into 14, 3-ounce ice-pop molds or paper cups. If using paper cups, cover each cup with foil. Cut a small slit in the center of each foil cover; insert a rounded wooden stick into each pop. Freeze pops for 4 to 6 hours or until firm.
