In a large bowl combine chicken, shredded cabbage, drained pineapple, mayonnaise, coconut, lime juice, cilantro, and Jamaican jerk seasoning.
Divide chicken mixture between leaves. Fold in sides and roll up. Secure with toothpicks, if needed. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
