  • Preheat grill to medium. Puree raspberries, maple syrup, vinegar, mustard and paprika in a food processor. Transfer to a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring often. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened and shiny, 3 to 4 minutes.

  • Grill sausage, turning often, until heated through and charred in spots, 6 to 7 minutes, or according to package instructions. Slice into 30 rounds and transfer to a large bowl. Add the barbecue sauce and toss to coat. Transfer to a serving platter. Skewer with toothpicks to serve.


To make ahead: Prepare barbecue sauce (Step 1) up to 1 day ahead and refrigerate. Warm through before tossing with sausage.
