Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, herb, and garlic salt. Add nuts; stir to coat.
Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil; spread nuts in pan. Top with Parmesan; stir to coat. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring twice. Cool. Cover tightly; store up to 1 week.
