Coconut Cake Balls
Individual cake balls dipped in chocolate and topped with toasted coconut make a delicious treat for everybody from kids to grandparents.
Tip: To toast coconut, spread in a shallow baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in a 350-degree F oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden, shaking pan once or twice, watching closely to avoid burning.
To store, layer cake balls between waxed paper in an airtight container. Cover and seal. Store at room temperature for up to 3 days, in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 1 month.
