Campfire Biscuits on a Stick

Cut each biscuit in half. Stretch each half into a 1/8-inch-thick rectangle. Spiral each piece of dough around a stick in a corkscrew motion, stretching while wrapping and taking care not to overlap the dough. Pinch the dough back onto the stick, as needed. Position each stick close to the flame, but not directly in it, and cook, turning often, until nicely browned and cooked through, 9 to 10 minutes.
