  • Place onion in a 3 1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle drumsticks with Greek seasoning. Place drumsticks on top of onion in cooker. Top drumsticks with tomatoes, olives and garlic.

  • Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 6 to 8 hours or on high-heat setting for 3 to 4 hours.

  • Using a slotted spoon, serve chicken mixture over hot cooked brown rice. If desired, spoon some of the cooking liquid over top. Sprinkle with parsley and lemon peel.
