A healthy, tasty homemade salad dressing is as simple as shaking a few ingredients in a jar.
In a screw-top jar combine all of the ingredients. Cover and shake well. Serve over torn mixed greens.

Very Good! Didn't have any fresh thyme so I used a pinch of dried. Not sure I would have missed it.
