Honey-Mustard Vinaigrette with Lemon

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • ¼ cup lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 teaspoons stone-ground mustard

  • 1 teaspoon snipped fresh thyme

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. In a screw-top jar combine all of the ingredients. Cover and shake well. Serve over torn mixed greens.
