Make over classic BLT sandwiches into low-carb--and company-worthy--salad cups.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, lemon zest, garlic, and pepper. Set aside.
In four wide 8-ounce glasses or serving dishes, layer half the lettuce, half the tomatoes, and half the bacon. Top with half the mayonnaise mixture. Repeat layers once. Sprinkle with crushed croutons.
