I like this a lot better than the normal fruit pizza! Super easy to make - I only had mine in for 16 minutes and it looked done to me. I added 2 more tablespoons of powdered sugar since my fruit wasn't really sweet. I also added mandarin oranges instead of kiwi since I couldn't find any ripe fruit around here in April but I think you could add whatever you have. Everybody loves oatmeal cookies and chewy/crunchy texture was really good.
I love the whole-grain oat crust on this healthier fruit pizza. It's a really delicious and yummy dessert.
