Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup chopped kale

  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2-4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine soymilk, strawberries, kale, peanut butter, honey, vanilla and ice cubes in a blender. Puree until smooth.
