This was so delicious paired with salmon cakes! I followed the recipe exactly as is and it came out perfect. I also added some thinly sliced cucumber to the sauce to give our meal a little more substance- I highly recommend the added veggie:)
I had never had Salmon Cakes until I made these so I don't have anything to compare it to but I have to say that this recipe is awesome! I think that the Dill Dip really added to the flavor. This was amazing!!!!
My daughter and I could not stop eating this!! Perfect balance of flavors!! We served it with the Muffin Tin Crab Cakes on this site and couldn't be more pleased! Would be SOOO good with salmon!! Already looking forward to making it again!!
Tangy sauce! Love the tangy flavor of the yogurt lemon and dill. I used 1/2 tsp dried dill and 1 Tbs fresh chopped parsley. Great with the salmon cakes and also as a dip for fresh vegetables. Pros: delicious & easy Cons: none
