This recipe for spicy Buffalo cauliflower bites is a great vegetarian alternative to Buffalo wings. Roasted cauliflower stands in for chicken and provides more fiber and fewer calories.

How to Make Sriracha-Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

These healthy Sriracha-Buffalo cauliflower bites are the perfect game-day appetizer! Here are tips on how to make them:

Roast the Cauliflower

The first step is to roast the cauliflower florets on a large rimmed baking sheet at 450°F until they start to soften and brown on the bottom. It's important to not overcook them at this point because they will go back in the oven after tossing them in the Sriracha-Buffalo sauce.

Toss the Roasted Cauliflower in Sriracha-Buffalo Sauce

After roasting the cauliflower florets, toss them in Sriracha-Buffalo sauce. The sauce consists of just four ingredients: hot sauce, Sriracha, butter and lemon juice. Use your favorite brand of hot sauce and Sriracha to taste. Then continue roasting the cauliflower for an additional 5 minutes until hot.

How to Serve Sriracha-Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Serve them with carrot sticks, celery and your favorite ranch or blue cheese dressing.
