Quite tasty, but will modify I made this exactly as written, but will modify next time. It's really good, but I think it would be better with a stronger flavor cheese, like a sharp cheddar. Also, I probably would sweat the bell pepper with the onion a little in the future. The filling was alarmingly watery towards the end of the cooking time. I actually poured some of it out. The crust is OK, but not great. It's really tough. I would recommend at the very least covering the edges for the entire cooking time.
