This was fantastic! I only wanted one serving so I used 1 cup frozen pitted cherries, 1/2 tsp vanilla, a tiny squirt of lemon juice, 3 tbsp of low fat yogurt that I had previously drained, and 2 heaping tsp of granulated Splenda. It was too thick so I added some milk to make it blend properly. OMG! I died and went to heaven.
More protein, less chemical... I substituted the plain yoghurt with greek yogurt to give it a boost of protein. Instead of using Splenda I used Stevia (some might also use Xylitol). Pros: This is super-fresh and satisfies the sweet-tooth for dessert lovers. Cons: Splenda... not loving the chemicals in this.
