More protein less chemical... I substituted the plain yoghurt with greek yogurt to give it a boost of protein. Instead of using Splenda I used Stevia (some might also use Xylitol). This was fantastic! I only wanted one serving so I used 1 cup frozen pitted cherries, 1/2 tsp vanilla, a tiny squirt of lemon juice, 3 tbsp of low fat yogurt that I had previously drained, and 2 heaping tsp of granulated Splenda.
