This is a KEEPER. Left on skins and added spices - thanks, klstorck20 for the tips. Tastes great on toast or in the Spiced Apple Butter Bran Muffins
This came out amazing! I added 1 Tb cinnamon, 1/4 tsp cloves, and 1/8 tsp mace. It was beautiful while cooking and smelled great too. Also, I left the skins on the apples and just grinded everything up in food processor when I was done.
