The cooler weather leaves me craving hearty meals and rich flavors that I often avoid during the warmer months. As a dietitian on a budget, I am always looking for ways to get the most nutrition and flavor without splurging on ingredients. That's why recipes like Vegan Lentil Stew and Creamy Chicken & Mushrooms feature seasonal vegetables alongside filling, affordable proteins and pantry staples, so you can make a delicious meal on your budget.
