Experience

Teresa Finney is a second-generation Mexican American recipe writer and baker. She's also the owner of At Heart Panadería, a popular Atlanta-based microbakery, which she started in 2021. Recipes are Teresa's specialty, and for the last six years she's written and developed many recipes for various local and national food publications. Everything she does honors her Mexican American heritage and is infused with her culture.

Mostly a vegetarian these days, Teresa often takes the meat-centric Mexican dishes she grew up cooking and eating with her family and makes vegetables the focal point. She believes in using what's local, fresh and in season for her home cooking and in the baked goods she serves at her microbakery.
