Sheela Prakash is a food and wine writer, recipe developer and the author of two cookbooks: Mediterranean Every Day: Simple, Inspired Recipes for Feel-Good Food and Salad Seasons: Vegetable-Forward Dishes All Year. She is also a registered dietitian.
