Diana Kuan

Diana Kuan is a photographer and cookbook writer based in New York. She is the author of Red Hot Kitchen and The Chinese Takeout Cookbook. She is deeply passionate about visual storytelling and viewing food through a broad cultural lens. One of her many current projects is working behind the scenes with the Hulu show Taste the Nation with Padma Lakshmi.
