Caitlyn Diimig is the editor behind Better Homes & Gardens Mediterranean Diet, EatingWell One-Pan Recipes, Allrecipes Pantry Power and various other newsstand-only titles. She also lends her nutrition expertise to the Good For You, Good to Go and FoodRx columns of Allrecipes' bimonthly print issues.

Her love for all things food, health and writing landed her in a career in food media, where she has worked for nearly a decade. Whether she's translating complex health information into easily digestible stories or developing quick, 15-minute weeknight dinner recipes, Caitlyn works to make leading a healthy lifestyle through food achievable for more people.

Caitlyn was a double major in dietetics and journalism and mass communications at Iowa State University, and has been a registered dietitian since 2014. Caitlyn has years of experience helping people with diabetes, and ensuring that their caregivers live and eat well. Her watermelon tossed with fresh lime juice and zest always gets rave reviews at potlucks.
