IF you're looking for a savory take on your morning meal, this 3-ingredient breakfast takes the cake. Place 1/2 cup cooked quinoa in a freezer-safe container. Top with 1 cup cooked or frozen spinach and 2 sliced, cooked breakfast sausage links. Cover with a lid and freeze until you're ready to eat.
Waffle Breakfast Sandwich
You'll get both some sweet and savory flavors from this easy breakfast sandwich. Top 1 whole-wheat frozen waffle with 1 strip cooked bacon and 1 scrambled egg. Top with an additional waffle and wrap in foil. When reheating, leave the breakfast sandwich in the foil and heat in a toaster oven at 350F for about 10 minutes.
