Lately, we've been all about that midday salad life, but even the most nutritious among us cannot live on salad alone. So we were delighted to learn about one of the newest additions to the Trader Joe's summer 2020 product lineup, thanks to @traderjoesfl: ready-to-eat, pre-roasted broccoli and cauliflower. Made with just broccoli or cauliflower, olive oil, sea salt and black pepper, these vacuum-sealed refrigerator packs come in four-serving packages—perfect for a family dinner or nearly a week's worth of meal-prepped lunches. It's like our favorite homemade roasted vegetable side dish or meal add-on—minus all the chopping and the 30 minutes required to preheat the oven and complete the roasting duties. Sold separately, in case you don't love one or the other, the broccoli and cauliflower can be enjoyed at your preferred temp and style. Try it: ChilledMicrowaved for 2 minutesSauteed in a skillet for 2 to 3 minutes (depending on your desired doneness level) No additional ingredients are required, although we wouldn't be mad about some fresh herbs, cheese or crunchy toasted nuts on top! Each half-cup serving has 60 calories, 4 grams of fat, 2 grams of protein and 5 grams of carbs (including 2 grams of fiber). We can't wait to stock up on a box or two of each to help make a full week of easy lunches. Was this page helpful? Thanks for your feedback! Tell us why! Other Submit
