Making a meal on the grill is one of my favorite ways to spend a summer night. It’s quick, easy to clean up and it means I get to spend just a little longer outside before the sun sets. This week of dinners made on the grill are quintessentially summer and full of warm-weather inspiration. And if even if you don’t have a grill, you can still make these with a handy grill pan (Buy it! Staub Pure Grill Pan, surlatable.com, $99).

Your Meal Plan

Herb-Grilled Chicken Frites

Because there are only two people in my house, whenever we make burgers we’re always left with extra burger buns. And sadly, we can never seem to use them up before they get moldy, so they get wasted. But not this week because we’re having burgers twice! Once on Tuesday with the delicious Greek Turkey Burgers with Spinach, Feta & Tzatziki and again on Friday with the mouthwatering Kimchi Pork Burgers. Yes, I guess I could buy individual buns from the bakery—or remember to throw extra buns in the freezer—but having burgers twice in one week sounds like much more fun.

These burgers and the rest of this week’s delicious dinners (like the tasty Herb-Grilled Chicken Frites above) are the inspiration you need to put your grill (or grill pan) to use!

Meal-Prep Lunch

The Greek Turkey Burgers with Spinach, Feta & Tzatziki are so good that you’re going to want to eat them all week. So we made it easy for you to do so! In these Greek Meatball Mezze Bowls we took the burger recipe and turned it into Mediterranean-inspired meatballs paired  with herb-y quinoa, veggies and creamy tzatziki. This high-protein meal-prep lunch is one you’ll be happy to eat four days in a row.

This bright and bubbly sipper combines berries with vodka and seltzer to make a colorful 3-ingredient cocktail you can enjoy year-round, thanks to frozen berries. Amp up the flavor even more by using a flavored seltzer rather than plain!
