While the novel coronavirus has caused many restaurants and stores to temporarily close, one company that remained open throughout was Starbucks. Although they initially adopted a drive-thru-only option, Starbucks has now begun to reopen stores across the country. And to celebrate the start of summer, they've released a new line of food and drinks.

As part of their summer collection, Starbucks has announced their new Iced Guava Passionfruit drink. The gorgeous pink drink combines the tropical flavors of guava, passionfruit and pineapples with ginger before it gets shaken with coconut milk. This non-dairy addition will be added to their existing iced coconut milk drinks line.

A grande-sized version of the drink (16 ounces) contains 190 calories, 2.5 grams of saturated fat, 85 milligrams of sodium, 41 grams of carbohydrates, 33 grams of sugar and 1 gram of protein. While the drink is a little too high in sugar to make it a daily habit, you could easily cut back by ordering a tall size or asking for just one pump of pineapple-ginger syrup instead of the three that come in it. You'll still get plenty of the tropical flavor, but slash a few grams of added sugar.

In addition to the Iced Guava Passionfruit drink, Starbucks is also bringing back the seasonal S'mores Frappuccino Blended Beverage. They're also introducing two new food offerings: a Grilled Chicken and Hummus Protein Box (which packs a whopping 22 grams of protein!) and a Unicorn Cake Pop.

While 85% of Starbucks stores have reopened, you can now get Starbucks delivered nationwide! To order delivery, use the Uber Eats app or find your nearest store here. We can't wait to try all of these new summer-inspired products!
