This gluten-free pasta from Taste Republic is now available to buy at Costco.

From its huge aisles to popular food court items, going to Costco can be an all-day activity (and sometimes an anxiety-producing one). While you don't always need a membership to purchase certain items, one product worth the membership fee is Taste Republic's Cauliflower Linguini.

Thanks to a Costco Instagram fan account, @costco_doesitagain, we discovered the cauliflower linguine and wanted to learn more. According to Taste Republic, the gluten-free, grain-free pasta is made from cauliflower powder, water, potato starch, tapioca starch and eggs.

The pasta is made fresh, so it cooks in just 2 to 3 minutes, which is perfect for busy weeknight dinners. One 3-ounce serving of cauliflower pasta contains 230 calories, 2.5 grams of fat (0.5 grams of saturated fat), 70 milligrams of cholesterol, 740 milligrams of sodium, 45 grams of carbohydrates, 4 grams of fiber, 5 grams of sugar and 10 grams of protein.

While this pasta alternative won't save you carbs in the way veggie noodles would (regular whole-wheat linguine has 39 grams in a two-ounce serving), it's a fun alternative to try for your next pasta night—especially if you're sensitive to grains or gluten.
