We could all probably use a little help winding down, and AirBnb has launched a virtual experience to make that a little easier. For a meager $8 per person, you can take part in an online meditation experience with Hamish, Dougal, Benny and Lochie the sheep on a beautiful farm in Stirling, Scotland. You simply log on to Zoom and virtually "meet" the host Beccy and her flock of adorable sheep. You'll hear some interesting sheep stories, watch them getting fed and get to ask all of your burning questions about sheep. "These baaaad boys have appalling table manners, so you might like to join them with your own snacks," Beccy says in the description of the experience. (Might we suggest these?) After the sheep (and you) have eaten, it's time for some cuddles and your guided meditation. You'll learn therapeutic breathing exercises and partake in 10 to 15 minutes of guided meditation led by a yoga instructor, with the peaceful background sounds of nature to soothe you. Beccy says, "Although they're naughty sheep, this peaceful experience in our farmyard will help you to relax with breathing exercises and meditation. We'll teach you some de-stress techniques to use in your daily life. Then we'll tiptoe away before sheep Lochie starts shouting for more cuddles." Now you can say you've officially counted sheep...with sheep. Book the experience here. Was this page helpful? Thanks for your feedback! Tell us why! Other Submit
